You must book a Prenatal Massage if you're pregnant. Even if you're not showing or are in your first trimester and haven't told anyone about your pregnancy yet, you should still book a prenatal massage. During pregnancy, there are areas and pressure points that must be avoided, and these can differ from a standard massage approach. Please note: Not all massage therapists will work on clients in their first trimester. We do customized massages for those between the ages of 10-17 years old and designed specifically for growing bodies, this gentle yet effective massage is perfect for young athletes recovering from sports or active kids who simply need to relax. Our therapists use age-appropriate techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall calm. Please note: A parent or guardian must be present during the initial visit.
